Booking Policy

1. You will need to make the payment of basic package fee during booking, e.g. $45 for Mini Package, $60 for Classic Package, and $80 for Premium Package, add-on will be paid on the day of appointment after your photoshoot. 2. Additional charges will be incurred if the number of people exceeds the standard. 3. No cancellation is allowed after a booking is made. No refund is allowed. 4. Reschedule is allowed 24 hours before your actual day of appointment and is subjected to availability, we allow one-time reschedule only. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we may offer an exception but will be on case-by-case basis, and we may request for supporting documents. 5. Please be punctual for your appointment, your booking will be automatically forfeited if you are late for more than 10 minutes. No refund is allowed. 6. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or inquiries with regards to our package before you make a booking, we are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by unfamiliarity with the precautions.
