Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellations are not permitted once a booking has been made. To reschedule, please contact us at least 12 hours in advance. Requests made with less than 12 hours’ notice will not be accepted, unless supported with valid documentation and approved on a case-by-case basis. Punctuality Please arrive on time for your session. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your shooting time will be shortened accordingly. No-shows will be considered as a forfeited session.
